Amenities

Baithouse

Stop in and visit the Baithouse! That's where you'll find our campground store, kitchenette, plenty of seating areas, arcade games, pool table, washer and dryer and private bathrooms!

Private Bathrooms

 Our six individual super cute bathrooms offer complete privacy! We pride ourselves on our cleanliness!

Store

Forget Something? We've got you covered from tooth brushes to sunscreen, from charcoal to firewood, and most things in between! Don't forget to stop in for bait 

and, of course, our Off the Hook apparel!

Back Patio

Want to sit back and relax or play some Cornhole? Visit our back patio located behind the Baithouse and enjoy the incredible view!

Swimming Hole

Take a dip in the pretty blue waters of our swimming hole! Relax on the beach while the kids swim.

We provide the balls, check out your paddle set!

We also have a challenging Frisbee Golf course set up behind the dams, so don't forget your discs! 

Electric Golf Carts Allowed

We allow electric golf carts ONLY. Must be 16 or older to drive.

Our Beautiful Lakes

We have 2 beautiful fishing lakes. Kayaks, paddleboats and canoes are welcome on the "Camper's Lake". No motorized vehicles, please!

Saturday Wagon Rides

We love to give the kids a ride on our wagon. We do a ride around the lakes every Saturday!

Monthly Sites Water/Electric Only

 We offer monthly water and electric only sites!  Price is $650 a month, (April 1st - Oct. 31st), PLUS electric. Sites are limited and campers have to pay in full at time of reservation. No exceptions. 

Monthly Sites Full Hookup

We offer monthly full hookup sites!  Price is $850 a month, (April 1st - Oct. 31st), PLUS electric. Sites are limited and campers have to pay in full at time of reservation. No exceptions. 

Seasonal Sites Water and Electric only

We offer seasonal water and electric only sites!  Price is $3,200.00 a season (April 1st - Oct. 31st), PLUS electric. Sites are limited and campers will have to pass background check. Full payment due at time of reservation. No exceptions. 

Seasonal Sites Full Hookup

We offer seasonal full hookup sites!  Price for waterfront is $3,999.00 a season (April 1st - Oct. 31st), PLUS electric. NON waterfront sites are $3,799.00 plus electric. Sites are limited and campers will have to pass background check. Full payment due at time of reservation. No exceptions.

Privacy Policy/Rules/Regulations

   

                  

  • Campground rules: Check in time 2:00p.m.  Checkout is Noon
  • Quiet hours are from 10:00p.m. to 8:00a.m. Baithouse will be closed during these times
  • 1 Camper/RV, 2 vehicles, 6 people and 2 pets allowed per site. Extra vehicles/guests are $5/day
  • No "homemade" RVs or campers allowed. 
  • No RVs/Campers more than 10 years old. All RVs/Campers must be well maintained and in good condition.
  • Absolutely no pop-ups
  • No primitive/tent camping
  • All campsites must be kept neat and uncluttered
  • Golf carts are allowed. ELECTRIC ONLY. Must be 16 to drive or accompanied by an adult.
  • Alcohol permitted, but needs to be in a koozie or different container when not on your campsite
  • Fishing is included with your stay. Catch and release. No license required
  • Guests are responsible for the actions of their children and any invited guests
  • All holiday weekends require a 3 night minimum stay and are $65/nt. Holidays are Memorial Day, Labor Day and 4th of July.
  • CERTAIN DOG BREEDS ARE RESTRICTED AS FOLLOWS: PIT BULLS (AMERICAN STAFFORDSHIRE TERRIER) ROTTWEILERS, DOBERMAN PINSHERS, CHOWS AND/OR ANY MIX THAT INCLUDES ONE OR MORE OF THE ABOVE. MANAGEMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REQUEST PROOF OF BREED PAPERWORK.
  • All pets must be kept on a leash no longer than 10ft. Please clean up after your pet immediately!
  • Pets must not be left outside unattended. No excessive barking
  • No pets allowed in public buildings or beach area
  • Management reserves the right to ask a guest/guests to leave if the above policies are not followed

                       Quiet Time: 10 p.m.- 8 a.m. Please respect others camping around you! 

                           VIOLATION OF THESE GUIDELINES/RULES/REGULATIONS:

                                       Grounds for ejection from the park without refund


 

Cancellation Policy

   Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance will be charged a $10 cancellation fee
  • Cancellations made 3-6 days in advance will forfeit the first night's fee
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable
  • No refunds for inclement weather, early departure or ejection by management
